PROCESSING / SHIPPING / PAYMENT / RETURN POLICIES

PROCESSING TIMES

Most of our items are handmade and made to order. Our processing times vary based upon the number of items and orders. They are as follows: 

Orders with 5 or less items:  5 - 7 business days.

Orders with 5 - 10 items:  7-10 business days

Orders with 10 - 30 items:  10 - 21 business days 

Orders with  30 or more:  3 - 4 week advance notice. Please contact us for details.

Note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Please plan accordingly.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payment must be paid upfront before the process begins. We accept most major forms of payments through our website or through invoicing.

For large orders for corporate events that require payment terms, a 50% deposit is required for orders up to $450 and 60% deposit for orders over $450. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on an order. 

Invoices will be sent for orders that are not placed directly through the website. 

Non-Payment Cancellation: All unpaid invoices and orders will be canceled after one (1) week of non-payment.


NATIONWIDE AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NOTE: BGT GIFTS will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as COVID, errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Tracking numbers are automatically provided for all shipped orders. 

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days AFTER the processing times listed above (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

We ship US priority mail, FED-EX, and/or UPS (Customer can choose at checkout). 

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@basketsgiftsandthings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BGT Gifts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


LOCAL STORE PICK UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up after order processing times above. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

We have local agreements with two amazing store owners where orders can be picked up for free. These locations can be found below: 

  • Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn Co., 5831 1st Ave. North, Suite 200, Birmingham, AL 35212, Tue-Thurs - 10:30am - 2:30pm, Friday - Appt only (Indicate time in notes), Closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

  • A Touch of Art., 2308 Old Springville Rd, Birmingham, AL 35215, Tue-Thurs - 8am - 6pm, Saturday - 7am -2pm, Closed Friday, Sunday, and Monday.


 LOCAL DELIVERY

 Local delivery is available for orders of $75.00 or more for a delivery fee. Please note, the delivery address must be within 25 miles of our shop (35235). Delivery fee added during checkout.

Deliveries are made from 10am to 3pm - Tuesdays through Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.


REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or returns unless the error is on our side.

We will work to resolve any order issues should they occur. 

Order Guarantee: All of our items are made to order at time of purchase. We do not have inventory or a warehouse. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us and we will work closely with you to try and resolve the issue at hand. We completely stand behind our work. Please check your order carefully and notify us of any problems within 72 hours of delivery.

 

MOCK UP DISCLAIMER

Some product images may include digital mock-ups.

They are shown to give you a general idea of how the product will look and are not 100% accurate.

The size and placement of the designs on the final product may not match exactly as shown on the mock-up. 

Due to the settings of your monitor (such as brightness and contrast) and the digital printing technology, the colors you see in the final product may be different than the mockups.
