Terms and Conditions


Payment: Orders must be paid in full and design work must be approved (in writing) before the order is fulfilled.
Invoice/Order

Non-Payment Cancellation: All unpaid invoices and orders will be canceled after one (1) week of non-payment.


Delivery Charge: A delivery charge will be added to the total order cost.


Order Guarantee: If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us within 72 hours and we will work closely with you to try and resolve the issue at hand.


Refund Policy


Order Guarantee: All of our items are made to order at time of purchase. We do not have inventory or a warehouse. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please contact us and we will work closely with you to try and resolve the issue at hand. We completely stand behind our work. Please check your order carefully and notify us of any problems within 72 hours of delivery. If for any reason, we made a mistake printing your order and it’s not as agreed upon in your emailed proof approval, we will gladly reprint your order within 14 working days.


Shipping policy


Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipping Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days after the design processing time is completed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.


Special notes: With the continual COVID shipping delays, package delivery times have ranged from 1-3 weeks depending on recipient locations. Baskets Gifts and Things LLC will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS Priority/First Class, UPS, or FedEx.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Baskets Gifts and Things LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Damages: Baskets Gifts and Things LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy


Customs, Duties and Taxes: Baskets Gifts and Things LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will give you the best service and ship it very quickly at the rates that we have agreed to on our site - you pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
